At Tangie, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, along with our Exchange & Return Policy.


🚚 Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours
• No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays
• During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take longer


📦 Delivery Timelines
• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Rest of India: 3–6 working days
• Remote areas: 5–8 working days

These are estimated timelines, not guaranteed


⚠️ Delays & Liability

Delays may occur due to:
• Courier issues
• Weather / regional disruptions
• High order volumes

Tangie is not responsible for delays once the order is shipped


💸 Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1499
• Orders below ₹1499 → ₹49 shipping fee
• COD orders → ₹100 additional charge mandatory

All shipping charges are non-refundable


📦 COD Policy
• COD is available on selected pincodes only
• Tangie reserves the right to:
• Disable COD for certain users
• Restrict COD for high-risk orders

Orders may require prepaid confirmation before dispatch


❌ Order Cancellation & Modification
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed
• No changes allowed for:
• Address
• Phone number
• Products

Please review carefully before ordering


📍 Address Responsibility
• Customers must provide complete and accurate details
• Incorrect details may lead to delays or failed delivery

Tangie is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information


🔁 Delivery Failure / RTO Policy

If a customer:
• Refuses delivery
• Is unavailable
• Provides incorrect details

➡️ Order will be marked RTO (Return to Origin)

🚫 Strict Action
• COD access may be blocked permanently
• Future orders may be restricted to prepaid only


📦 Important Policy Linkage
• ❌ No returns on sale orders
• 🔁 Only size exchange allowed on sale (₹199 fee)
• All approved returns are issued as Tangie Gift Card only

Please order accordingly


📦 Failed Delivery / Pickup

If delivery or reverse pickup fails due to courier issues:
• Customer may be required to self-ship the product

As per policy:
• Exchange → ₹100 shipping support
• Return → No deduction from store credit


📲 Tracking
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
• Customers are responsible for tracking their orders


🚫 Damaged / Missing Orders
• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory

No claims will be accepted without proper proof


📦 Stock & Exchange Dependency
• Exchanges depend on stock availability
• If unavailable → Gift Card will be issued


🎫 Gift Card Reminder
• Valid for 180 days
• Cannot be combined with coupon codes
• No return/exchange on Gift Card orders
